Great service easy online booking.

Have used these guys before and they do a good job, but disappointed this time… they did not have current software (DB11) required to clear annual service due light on our 2024 Audi Q3 and didn’t realize this until after the work was done. Now we’ll have to ask the dealership to turn off the service light, though we had the service performed at H&H.

Always get good service from H&H. Service advisor John is professional, experience and honest. I have a 2009 Honda Accord with 233k miles and they keep it running great. Minor complaint - low tire pressure light was on when I brought my car in for a check engine light (needed a new alternator) and it was still on when I picked it up. Would have been nice if they checked all my tires and inflated them.

We have been taking two Mercedes Benz vehicles here for routine maintenance and occasional repairs for several years. Always good service, friendly staff, and very reasonable prices. They can handle most repairs and can get parts from MB at lower prices; very occasionally something more specialized, like a sunroof motor, needs to go to the dealership. Good idea to plan ahead for appointments, they can get busy and are closed on weekends.

We have visited HHI for many years and have been part-time residents for the last several. We have brought multiple vehicles to H & H Auto over the years for repairs both large and small. We have always been able to get prompt appointments and expert service in a friendly, professional and honest environment. Today was a simple one, a nail in our tire, but the service was outstanding as usual. I would highly recommend this business to residents and vacationers alike.

Very helpful. Did a basic inspection to see what the mechanical status was. Gave a thorough inspection and informed of likely fixes that would be needed for an older vehicle like mine. Pricing seems good and fair for the work involved.

The pricing for the work to be performed was very fair for the quality work they do. Everyone from the front office (John, Stephanie and Michael) to the Service Tech (JP) are personable, courteous and knowledgeable. I believe H&H to be very straight forward and honest auto repair shop.

e when we left H&H and drove home. Sat. Went to Dock Side for lunch and car started fine for the 10 min. To the restaurant . After a two hour relaxing lunch the car 🚘 refused to start and showed three symbols on the left of dash. Finally started, symbols stayed lit, drove home. Help!,,
