Great highly trained mechanics and front office very friendly and accommodating

I have been taking my car for routine maintenance for many years. Everybody is always nice and explains what needs to be done.

AC was struggling driving down 95 on my way to Hilton Head. A relative highly recommended H&H and it was very obvious why. Although their schedule was pretty full they were able to squeeze me in and find/fix the issues quickly. Not only did they do a great job, their prices are very reasonable. They knew I was visiting on vacation but still had the courtesy to text me and make sure everything was working properly. Highly recommend H&H to anyone living on Hilton Head or just visiting the island.

Been going here for 4 years with 3 different family vehicles. Always feel like I get straight shooting communication and fair pricing. No overselling and just telling me what I need vs don’t need and helping me plan for future bigger expenses too. They also helped me troubleshoot an EVAP leak over several weeks and I was super happy with the service and commitment to find the issue and get me back to a safe functioning car.

Staff is personable & seem knowledgeable. They listen & do not advise do " EVERYTHING". I WISH THEIR SERVICE TECHS WOULD REMOVE THE PAPER ID NUMBER AND FLOOR MATTS WHEN THE SERVICE IS COMPLETED " come on!

I was able to drop it off the night before which made my life easier. They said it would be ready by 2:00 pm the next day and it was. Very reasonable pricing compared to the dealership. Definitely will use them again.

Everytime I bring my car here they always service it incredibly quickly and efficiently! The prices are incredibly reasonable and the people working are always so friendly. Would definitely recommend for any work your car needs done!

Michael was amazing and can answer any of ypu auto questions.

Air conditioning wasn't working. Totally trust them not to take advantage of the situation. Just needed refrigerant.

Michael and his team were fantastic from the start. We had a sensor issue with a 2017 Beetle. Stephanie and John kept me informed on what was going on and Michael and the technician followed up with details as they progressed and what next steps were going to be. The team worked well together and kept me updated. They were very flexible and also drove me home one day when procedures changed. Team was very good at explaining the issues and procedures to be followed. I would recommend to anyone that has an auto repair issue. My neighbor recommended them to me!!! Greg

H&H replaced the struts on my 2013 Lexus for 1/3 the price quoted by Lexus. The car rides like new. Been going to H&H for seven years and they have always done an excellent job with regular maintenance and repairs I have needed. Can’t say enough about how good their work and customer service has been.

H & H is ALWAYS there for me when I need it. This time RO 97333 turned out to be a minor repair after someone else said we needed a new starter. They have diagnosed mysterious issues others could not and always do their very best to accommodate my crazy schedule. Fast, fair, honest and skilled!

H&H Auto saved the day!!! Our 2017 Ford Explorer was experiencing a vibration noise in the drive train while traveling 10 hrs to Hilton Head. We were seeking repair support from a Ford dealership, suspecting we had wheel bearing or differential problems or both. Unfortunately, there are very few Ford dealerships in the Hilton Head area. The ones available were an hour away with a 10 day backup. In desperation, we reached out to H&H Auto, found in the yellow pages, who were available on the day we called and 15 min away from our vacation condo. They also found additional issues that were all resolved within the 2 day timeframe. What a relief after an 10 hr drive. Awesome staff and awesome technicians. They are the best!!!

Was able to schedule an appointment for my 2012 Acura 80,000 mile scheduled maintenance online! Due to the age of the car, also had some additional items inspected (timing belt, water pump and drive belts). Everything checked out great; H & H does an excellent job and I have recommended them to family and friends! RO# 97016

H& H Auto is the best---for being thorough, well priced and very personable. They give my BMW X3 a good going over every time I bring it in for the basic oil change---with a thorough report card and suggestions for anything that I might need to keep an eye on.
